How do I return my online order?
Simply use the Returns Note included with your order. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unworn, with tags attached and in a resaleable condition. Whenever possible, please return items in their original packaging. Shoes must be returned
When will I receive my refund?
We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed but please allow 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Do you refund delivery costs?
Unfortunately, we don't usually refund delivery charges when you return your order. The only times we may, is if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately, returns are at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Can I return my online order to a store?
Yes! You can return online purchases to any Sahara boutique. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours. (This does not include concessions or independent Sahara stockists.)

Yes, you can return items from multiple orders in a single parcel. Just make sure to include the returns paperwork for both orders so we can process your return quickly and accurately.
