- Full-price items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
- Sale items are eligible for a credit note or exchange within 7 days.
- As is standard across many fashion retailers, we’re unable to offer refunds for Sale items that are simply unwanted or unsuitable.
Online purchases benefit from a 28-day return window for a full refund, offering extra flexibility for trying styles at home.
