Standard Online Returns Policy

Online orders have 28 days to return full-price and sale items. We don’t offer exchanges online, if you’d like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a full refund on all other items, please return them in their original packaging. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in a resaleable condition. Please ensure shoes are also returned in their original box.
