Online full price purchases made between November 20th and December 24th 2025, will be eligible for a refund until Friday, January 9th 2026 or within 28 days of purchase, whichever is later. Sale items will be subject to the existing returns window of 28 days from date of purchase.
Standard Online Returns Policy
Online orders have 28 days to return full-price and sale items. We don’t offer exchanges online, if you’d like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
To be eligible for a full refund on all other items, please return them in their original packaging. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in a resaleable condition. Please ensure shoes are also returned in their original box.
