My order is delayed, what should I do?

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any amendments. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We’ll do our best to help, but once your parcel has left our warehouse, it becomes very diff

When will I receive my order confirmation email?

Immediately after checkout! If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or contact us for help via Live Chat, WhatsApp, email [email protected], or call +44(0)20 7483 8435.

I received a faulty item, what now?

Faulty items are rare, but if you suspect an issue, return it with a completed Returns Note. If confirmed as faulty, you’ll get a full refund including postage.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

Yes, we offer free, minimalist gift-wrapping with a personalised note and a black bow. You can apply this to your order by ticking the 'Sending as a gift?' checkbox in the cart.

I received my order in two deliveries - will I be charged twice for shipping?

Not at all! You only pay for one delivery per order, even if it arrives in multiple parcels.
