How long will my order take to arrive?

UK Standard: Delivered via DPD in 3-5 working days. UK Express: Delivered via DPD next working day order by 2pm Monday - Thursday (excl. public holidays, and orders placed after 2pm on Thursdays). Europe: Delivered via courier (signature required) in

Who will deliver my order?

All UK orders are delivered by DPD. All European and International orders are delivered by FedEx and require a signature upon delivery.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Europe: Delivered via courier (signature required) in 3-10 working days. International: Delivered via courier (signature required) in 5-10 working days.

Will I need to sign for my order?

Not necessarily! If you are ordering within the UK , you can request a safe place drop-off, leave it with a neighbour, or have it sent to a pickup shop. If you are ordering outside the UK, we will require a signature upon delivery.

Can my order be left with a neighbour?
