How does your in-store returns policy differ from online?Updated 10 hours ago

We always want you to feel confident shopping with Sahara, whether online or in-store. Because our boutiques and website operate slightly differently, the returns policies are tailored to suit each experience.
In our stand-alone Sahara stores:
  • Full-price items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
  • Sale items are eligible for a credit note or exchange within 7 days.
  • As is standard across many fashion retailers, we’re unable to offer refunds for items that are simply unwanted or unsuitable.
Online purchases benefit from a 28-day return window for a full refund, offering extra flexibility for trying styles at home.
