We've extended our returns period.

Online Orders

Online full price purchases made between November 20th and December 24th 2025, will be eligible for a refund until Friday, January 9th 2026 or within 28 days of purchase, whichever is later. 

Sale items will be subject to the existing returns window of 28 days from date of purchase. 

In-store Purchases

Full price store purchases made between November 20th and December 24th 2025, will be eligible for a refund until Friday, January 9th 2026 or within 14 days of purchase, whichever is later. 

Sale items purchased in-store can be exchanged, or a store credit note can be issued within the existing 7-day period.

All other returns conditions remain the same. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.
