My order is delayed, what should I do?

Can I cancel or amend my order?

When will I receive my order confirmation email?

Immediately after checkout! If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or contact us for help via Live Chat, email [email protected], or call +44(0)20 7483 8435.

I received a faulty item, what now?

Faulty items are rare, but if you suspect an issue, return it with a completed Returns Note. If confirmed as faulty, you’ll get a full refund including postage.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

Yes, we offer free, minimalist gift-wrapping with a personalised note and a black bow. You can apply this to your order by ticking the 'Sending as a gift?' checkbox in the cart.

I received my order in two deliveries - will I be charged twice for shipping?

Not at all! You only pay for one delivery per order, even if it arrives in multiple parcels.
