How long do I have to return an item bought in the Warehouse Sale?Updated a month ago

You have 28 days to return items purchased during the Warehouse Sale, just like with any other purchase. Please note that we do not offer exchanges online. If you'd like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a full refund on all other items, please return them in their original packaging. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in a resaleable condition. Please ensure shoes are also returned in their original box/
